The Home Studio Tour is a collection of songs recorded, by j woods aka black atticus, from 2006-2008 in various studios, on his quest to obtain the uniqueness of his voice and position in this vast world of music.

For those who know Black Atticus one of the MC's from The Fluid Engineerz, you should take note that these songs were made post-Engineerz era, and are a reflection of the efforts Black Atticus has made to discover and push his sound into a new direction of rhyming and song writing while maintaining that solid approach of FE and THE MIGHTY HR DEPT.

Ultimately, this album is only being released to pay homage to the new era of home studios and low budget recordings most artist of the genre have decided to go in order to get themselves heard before they ever get signed with an independant label or major.

Everything from Casio Keyboards, MPC's, Fruity Loops, Logic, and Pro Tool-programs were used in this creations formation. Artist from as far as Europe, California, Detroit, and further abroad have somehow ended up in collaboration with this guy from Tennessee that just loves to rhyme!

** side note: When you hear references to 'Radio Active' that is what the original name of Black Atticus' first solo debut was to be titled. Unfortunately, that project will be pushed back and released after new project, ATTILLAC, hits the streets!
